Our top priority is complete customer satisfaction. We understand that pictures cannot fully reflect the real product. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you can return it for a full refund minus shipping charges.
In addition to a refund, we offer to exchange it for another product or replace it with the same item if it’s defective. Please download the return authorization form, fill it out, and send it to us to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, in an unaltered state. We strongly recommend shipping in a padded envelope or in a rigid box to avoid damaging the return item on the way to us.
1. We have to be notified within 10 days of the invoice day about your intention so we can send you an RMA number.
2. Returns must be received in our office within 30 days from the purchase date in their original condition
3. Exchanges must be received in our office within 30 days from the purchase date.
4. We will reimburse your shipping costs only if we sent you incorrect or defective items.
5. We will deduct shipping costs from the refund amount.

b. Special orders, such as silver items molded men casted especially for you, non-stock merchandise specifically ordered for you, etc.
c. Products purchased in a clearance sale.

1. Download and fill out the return form indicating the reason for return.
2. Do not break the original packaging.
3. After receiving an RMA number, pack the return items in the rigid box or padded envelope.
4. Include a copy of the invoice and the return form with the RMA number on it inside the box
5. Send your return shipment to:
